A responsive 2-role platform for instant caregiver certificate issuance and approval-based payment receipt generation
Project Overview
A responsive platform with a 2-role structure (caregiver/administrator) where caregivers can instantly issue employment and qualification certificates as A4 PDFs from mobile, while payment receipts require administrator approval before issuance.
Admin Dashboard & Integrated Management
Pending approvals, today's issuances, registered caregivers, and monthly cumulative issuance metrics are displayed as KPIs at a glance. The system was designed to provide integrated management of caregiver (member) and client information along with recent activity logs.
Document Issuance Flow
We implemented a dual-flow system where 4 types of certificates (employment certificate, membership certificate, qualification copy, business registration) are issued instantly, while 3 types of receipts (receipt, invoice, confirmation of facts) require approval before issuance. Instant-issue and approval-required documents are visually distinguished through badge colors and guidance text to ensure usability.
Receipt Approval Workflow
We completed the payment receipt management flow from caregiving fee receipt, invoice, and confirmation of facts application through administrator approval/rejection to automatic PDF issuance upon approval. Real-time UI update logic was implemented for status changes (pending/approved/rejected), and the entire workflow was designed as a click-through flow including real-time status updates and toast notifications upon approval.
