U.S. Tax Filing Agency Platform
A tax agency SaaS platform for Korean Americans to manage the entire tax filing process online
Project Overview
A tax agency SaaS platform for Korean Americans and clients with overseas financial accounts to manage the entire process online, from quotes and contracts to document submission, e-signatures, and filing completion. Designed with an intuitive step-by-step process UI and a trustworthy dashboard so that even clients unfamiliar with tax filing procedures can see their current stage and required actions at a glance.

Client Portal + Admin Console Dual Structure
Clients can track 10-stage progress in real time from their case dashboard: quote and contract, worksheet, document submission, review and return preparation, e-signature, tax payment, return submission, supporting document upload, and filing completion. Submission-required and resubmission-required alerts ensure no documents are missed.

Automated Consultation Workflow
Consultations from various intake channels including chatbot, web forms, and phone are organized into received, under review, and assigned stages, with a queue management system that routes cases to the appropriate advisor based on content. With PolyBot (AI chatbot) integration, an FAQ-based chatbot is always available on the dashboard, instantly responding to client inquiries about document submission methods, status checks, and advisor connections, providing real-time support even outside business hours.

PolyGlot AI Multilingual Switching
Both the client portal and admin console support Korean-English switching via PolyGlot, with dashboard content, progress stages, and notification text localizing in real time on language switch, providing both Korean American clients and local administrators the same work experience in their native language.

Enterprise-Wide Management
The Master Console provides at-a-glance monitoring of total clients, active cases, retainer fees, and pending consultation assignments. Per-advisor case processing progress bars and recent activity feeds enable executives to make data-driven decisions about company-wide operational status.
